They are turbocharged 4-cylinder engines that can run on regular gasoline. Only the 1.6 liter comes with 6-speed manual, the other ones come with automatic transmission. The Energi Hybrid and Plug-in Hybrid use 2.0 liter engine working on continuously variable transmission (automatic). It ensures good fuel economy. You can run it on battery for 21 miles at a single charge. Mpg for 2.5 liter is 22 city/34 highway, 1.6 liter 25/37, 1.5 liter 25/37, and 2.0 liter 22/31.

It will have the base price of $23,000 with the Titanium range available at $31,500. The Fusion Hybrid will start from $27,500. It should come to the showrooms by the middle of 2015.
